Privacy Policy

The Website is committed to take secure care of its Users’ privacy. We request all Our Users to read the following ‘Privacy Policy’ to understand how their personal & business information will be treated, as they make full use of Our services to their benefit. This policy is applicable only to the entire network of marketplaces operated by the Website and not by any other company.

Collection of Information

The Website collects information and data from its Users when they register to gain access to Our Services or at other specific instances when they are requested to provide Us with their personal & business information.

The Website has employed people; given marketing and advertisement booking franchises all over India and provided them registered identity cards for their identity as registered employee of the Website. The Users can also register their advertisement and membership with the Website online on it. During registration, we ask the Users for their name, email address, business information, photos and other personal details. Once a User registers, he/she is no longer anonymous to the Website and it is deemed that the user has given the Website the right to publish the desired business & personal details throughout its marketplaces, including but not limited to, business directory, catalogs, CD ROMs etc.

The Users are warned hereby that if they want to be a member of or register on the Website, then to provide their personal and business data and information and/or the membership fees (by cash, cheque, DD etc.) only to the registered employees who own the Identity card mentioning that person’s details and the stamp of the Website with the Website’s registered logo on it. Providing Your business and/or personal details and information to an unauthorized person who does not have our registered employee identity card, the Website shall not be responsible for any misuse or other actions regarding it. So, the Website suggests its Users to check properly and verify from their side the trustworthiness of the person(s) who come to Your business place to collect any information and/or money on behalf of the Website.

When you are on our network and are asked for personal information, you are sharing the information with the Website alone, unless it is specifically stated otherwise. Updation of Information

A user may edit his/her account information and profile by logging onto our website and/or by sending a request to “contact@mantraelearning.com”. The requested changes may take up to 30 days to appear online because of verification process and server cache policies. However, the Website commits to do it as soon as possible.

A user account can be deleted or deactivated, but the information will remain within our archive records.

Protection of information

As with all information, the Website will never sell any User’s personal or business information until and unless it is permitted by the user. Any statistic reports that we may provide to prospective advertisers or partners regarding product or service usage on the Website is provided in an aggregate form only and does not include any personally identifiable information about any individual User.

We request Our Users to not to share their ‘log in ID and/or Password’ with anybody and sign out of their Website account and close their browser window when they have finished their work. This is to ensure that others cannot access their personal or business information and correspondence.

Customers are allowed to book 90 days in advance. No bookings are allowed for more than 90 days in advance.

Shipping Policy

Since you visit our location personally, we do not need to ship anything other than on site services on rental basis. We do not sell any product or service. We provide you the on site facilities to use for rental basis.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your bookings at least 7 days before the date of visit booked. To cancel your booking, you can either call us or cancel from your login area. No cancellation is allowed within 7 days of the visit date. Upon timely cancellation, we will provide you 100% money refund.

Return policy

Since we do not sell any physical product to any customer, there is no return required of anything. We do not accept returns.

Refund Policy

We do offer full refund on cancellation of your bookings on time. We accept cancellation of your bookings if the cancellation is done before 7 days of your visit date. No cancellation and refund is accepted within 7 days of visit. After visit of the premises, we do not offer any cancellation or refund. Once cancelled, you will receive the refund to the same mode of payment.
